Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Lumière APOTHECA is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or severe weather events, processing times may be extended.
